Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policies carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You receive a wrong product, damaged item, or defective piece

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Returns for size-related issues may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability and logistics.


Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order pieces

  • Products showing signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or missing tags

  • Accessories (unless defective)


How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

If your item qualifies for return or exchange:

  1. Email us at ladycollection.online@gmail.com or
    WhatsApp us at +91 63542 63392 within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID, describe the issue, and attach clear photos of the product (and packaging if damaged)

  3. Our support team will verify your request within 1-2 working days and guide you through the process


Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • We arrange reverse pickup in most pin codes through our courier partners

  • In areas where reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be asked to ship the item back to us

  • In case of valid returns or exchanges, shipping costs (if any) are covered by us


Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, you may choose a refund or store credit

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after quality check

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund is provided via bank transfer after you share your account details securely

Note: Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered for size replacements or defective products only

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability

  • In case the requested item is not available, you can opt for a full refund or store credit


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the product fails the quality check

  • Products sent back without prior communication will not be accepted

  • Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed if return timelines or conditions are not followed
