1. How do I place an order?
You can simply browse through our collections, select your preferred product, choose the size, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment.
2. What payment methods do you accept?

*Note: COD may not be available on all pincodes or may include an extra fee, shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 working days

Other Cities/Towns: 4 to 7 working days

Remote or Rural Areas: 6 to 9 working days
You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered email and/or WhatsApp number. You can use it to check live updates on your shipment.
5. I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your Order ID and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product

You raised the request within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused and in original condition with tags

7. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once your returned product passes our quality check, we initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer after receiving your account details.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. For cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
9. Do you offer custom sizing or bulk orders?
At the moment, we do not offer custom sizing.
